Ab Blast:
This class is 30 minutes of concentrated effort on your abs. It
will hit you hard from several angles while trimming, tightening, and
firming. Ab Blast is a great compliment to any exercise routine.
All levels welcome.
Athletic
Conditioning:
Combination of old-fashioned calisthenics, kickboxing &
plyometric conditioning. A great cardiovascular and strength training
workout. All levels welcome.
Ball Bootcamp: This class is not only challenging but lots of fun! Balls, bands, and
weights are used for a cross-training effect. Focus is on strengthening
the core along with a complete body workout. Great for all fitness
levels.
Ballet Bootcamp:
This total body workout incorporates cardio drills in basic ballet
positions, Pilates-based sculpting for the lower body, upper body
strength training using free weights, and finally a blast of abdominal
conditioning at the close of class. Guaranteed to inspire and excite!
No knowledge of ballet is required - All levels welcome.
Body
Fusion:
This total body training is a fusion of
the three components of exercise – cardio, strength, and flexibility
– while maintaining a fat-burning heart rate. Strength training
exercises are separated by short bursts of invigorating cardio
exercises. The class ends with an intense stretch. All levels
welcome – cardio segments are low impact with high impact
modifications.
Butts, Guts & Thighs:
The focus of this
class is on the abdominals, buttocks and hips. A wide variety of
exercises are used to target the muscles in these areas with the intent
to tone and strengthen. Cardio Bootcamp: Get ready for the workout of your life!
A power packed interval training class that incorporates light weights
and calisthenics such as, jumping jacks, sit ups, and running in place.
Guaranteed to increase the intensity of your workout and still have fun
doing it. You'll push yourself to the max! Great for all levels. Cardio Interval: This class includes various cardio drills combined with toning and
strength training. This will increase an individual’s cardiovascular
endurance. All levels welcome.
Cardio Sculpt:
Get your cardio and strength training in
one time efficient and motivating class! Body sculpting - high
repetitions using weights, bands, and tubes - is integrated with
high-energy cardio movements. Complete this workout with balance,
coordination, functional fitness, and core strength movements. All
levels welcome.
Chisel:
Weight training and resistance
work are a must to lose fat, burn calories, and build muscle. Get
shapely legs and chiseled arms and shoulders using hand weights, studio
equipment, and weight bearing exercises to pump your upper and lower
body muscles. Includes abs and final stretch. Designed for all levels of
fitness.

Cycling:
Classes begin with a 5 minute warm-up, followed by a 35 minute
cardiovascular workout in which you are challenged by varying terrain.
This includes intervals of hill climbing and speed work. The
workout in total is 45 minutes. Participants in cycling classes
range from beginning to advanced cyclists -- YOU choose the pace and
degree of resistance on your bike! Classes are limited, so please
sign up at the front desk to reserve your bike. Don’t forget your
water bottle and towel.
Hath Yoga: Hatha Yoga is an ancient system of total health
for the body and mind. It's designed to increase balance,
flexibility and strength through centering, breathing techniques and
posture holds. Held in a non-heated room, each routine is modified
to give a great workout for beginners through advanced.
H.E.A.T. (High Energy Aerobic Training): A challenging
blend of low, moderate and high impact cardio formats followed by a full
body stretching session. These cardio formats will achieve an optimum
aerobic workout. All fitness levels welcome.
Intervelocity: This is a body power pump interval class which
alternates 5 minutes of cardio and 3 minutes of lifting. Keeps the
heart pumping, the muscles strong, and ends in an intense stretching
session. Good for the mind, heart, and muscles. Great for
all levels.
Kickboxing:
Become more in tune with your ability to kick butt. Strengthen your
legs, upper body, and abs while getting a powerful cardiovascular
workout by kicking, punching, jabbing, ducking, and blocking. All
levels are welcome.
Kick ‘N Step:
Kickboxing that utilizes the step platform as a prop. The step becomes
our boxing “ring” and we use basic movements to increase the cardio
level of the class. A great cardiovascular workout in addition to
strengthening and toning the muscles. All levels welcome.
Low Impact Combo:
A combination of slow and controlled resistance exercises coupled with
low impact cardio moves, designed to condition the entire body.
Strengthen your muscles and condition your heart while using balls,
bands, and light weights. Level - Beginner / Intermediate.
Non-Stop Step:
A continuous cardio workout on the step. This class will get your heart
rate up and keep it there. A great motivating, energized and heart
pounding workout to help burn those calories faster. All levels
welcome.
Pilates: The class is a combination of controlled,
precise movements designed to stretch and strengthen the core muscles,
back, and buttocks. Weights, balls, bands, and rings will contribute to a
great muscle workout. All levels welcome.
Power Step:
A high intensity step workout that incorporates power movements.
Be prepared to sweat. Modifications will be shown for all levels.
Power Yoga:
Flowing continuous power and strength moves, combined with sun
salutations and dynamic holding postures that connect your breath to the
movements. Modifications and props are provided for different levels of
fitness. This class takes place in a heated room, so don’t forget your
water bottle and towel.

Rock Bottom:
Abs plus total lower body shaping exercises
incorporating cardio, weights, bands, balls, and Pilates. A wide variety of
exercises are used to target these lower muscles with the intent
to tone and strengthen. Great for all levels.
Step & Sculpt: A great cardiovascular conditioning combining the step with weights,
balls, and bands. The combination of strength training will shape your
mind and body and keep you energized. Great training for all levels of
fitness. Super Circuit:
Get everything in this class! Rotate through stations of cardio and
strength exercises with the guidance of a motivating coach ending with
an intense stretching session. All levels welcome. Tai Chi:
A rejuvenating form of exercise that integrates mental concentration,
body movement and breathing techniques for health and well-being. Tai
Chi is made up of martial art style postures that are performed
sequentially as a graceful form of meditation in motion. Rich in
philosophy and tradition, this ancient art form reveals health benefits
that promotes relaxation, physical endurance, circulation, increased
sense of balance, relieves stress, and improves mental concentration.
The level of difficulty in practicing this rejuvenating exercise is
flexible and can be easily adjusted to suit all ages and capabilities.
It is suggested to wear loose fitting clothes and comfortable shoes.
Total Body
Sculpt: A strength training class for all levels that
works each body part utilizing
the balls, bands and weights.
Trekking: Do you find the
treadmill boring?? This 30-minute class will not only motivate
you, but will also teach you proper breathing techniques, foot placement
and form. Working at your own pace, you will strengthen your
cardiovascular system while losing weight. Intervals at various
speeds, inclines, and declines will make your workout challenging and

TURBO!!-
˝ Cycling ˝ Power Yoga! The first half of class gets your heart

workout to hit RI. A latin-style dance base workout that is easy
to follow and sure to "shake" what your mama gave ya! All levels
welcome.
